Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.  Excess fees, if any paid due to online issues, etc. may be refunded once all the documents related to excess payments are made available and proven.

Revision of Fees / charges

RIS reserves the right to revise the fees or other charges or suspend / withdraw / cancel or discontinue any or all of the services without prior notice, make modification and alterations if any or all of the context, products and services contained on the site without prior notice and at the discretion of RIS.
